  • This can allow you to exchange information and queries with our professional team member in real-time without being physically present
  • This makes it easier for you to arrange meetings at times that are convenient for all participants. Our local time is given on the book meeting page to choose your time according to our local time
  • We use top of the line software with integrated calendars that automatically generate free time windows for you and our staff

How It Works ?

  • Go to Client Portal, Book Meeting
  • Choose your selection among Associate Consultants or CCIC (College of Immigration & Citizenship Consultants)
  • These are paid meetings with different professional fees for each of our Team Magnus Member
  • Time slot for meetings by default are for 30 minutes but can be extended when really needed and team member is not bound with upcoming meeting commitment
  • For your convenience. our local time clock is given for you to calculate best time according to your local time. This clock is our local time and all the time slots given are also in our local time. Your local time can be different
  • Payment option for the meeting is available at the end of meeting booking. PayPal only at the moment, however, within PayPal, you can always sign in as a guest if you don’t have an account and also can pay with major credit cards
  • In notes try to offer 2 modes of communication, in case one is not working, can go to the next communication app
  • Also a built in software of video and audio meeting is available as a popup at the bottom right corner of the screen to start meeting or queries about the meeting.
